Being fit and eating good healthy food is the way to good health.

Look at Father Graham. I bet at his age you will not be as fit and healthy. Hes 74 and has NO medication at all, as well he can shame men half his age with his strength.

You can do it at the retreat, with our special program designed for you, and guided by our fucking hot instructor.

At our retreat, it’s your choice. Father Graham will be doing this plan every day.

Tuesday

-30 min cardio. Vorm of walk or equipment depending on total members

Arm exercises 30 -40 minutes as laid out by instructor -Wind down 15 min stretching

1. Reduces your dementia risk. 

Wednesday

30 min cardio. Vorm of walk or equipment depending on total members.

 

– Chest 30 -40 minutes as laid out by instructor
– -Wind down 15 min cuddle session

2. Decreases your osteoporosis risk. 

 

Thursday

Leg exercises 30 -40 minutes as laid out by instructor quads and calves. Shoulders also this day – 30 min push exercises jumps or steps

3. Improves your sex life! 

Friday

30 min cardio. Vorm of walk or equipment depending on total members -Chest and abs exercises 30 -40 minutes as laid out by instructor – meditation as with Father Graham Wind down 15 min

4. Prevents muscle loss.

Saturday

Hitt exercise as long as you can – back exercises 30 -40 minutes as laid out by instructor – Wind down 15 min stretching and

5. Reduces stress, depression and anxiety.

Sunday

Fun workout day. Anything from swimming to biking to games

6. Reduces cancer risk.

Monday

Leg exercises. Hamstrings and calves as laid out by instructor – Long walks. Power walk for those who feel up to it.

7. Enhances mental performance and work productivity.
